Hey,

Just got my new and shiny mid 2015 MBP 15" 2.5Ghz. I am getting the endless beachball every time it wakes up after a night of sleep and after I enter my password to unlock it. It's just keeps spinning forever.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Thanks!

What do you do? Does it eventually stop or do you have to restart it?

OP:

A suggestion which may help, or may do nothing for you. It's worth a try.

Try using the terminal to disable the "sleep image":
sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0

If you wish to delete the sleep image from the drive, use this:
sudo rm /var/vm/sleepimage

If this is of no help, and you want to RE-enable the sleep image, use this:
sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 3

Your administrative password will be needed for the above commands.
