MBP not responding well to new router..

Okay, so I just installed a new router because my old one was giving me some issues, but now when I connect my MBP to it, I have sometimes I really slow connection.

Now it says I have full signal, so I can't figure out what's going on with it.

Would it be more of an issue with my router or are there some settings that need to be looked at when switching connections on my MBP?
