MBP Optical drive.

Recently I've been watching many DVDs on my 13" 2011 MBP, and I've noticed that its been getting really noisy when I start playing my movie, noisy to the point that I can hear it even though my volume is on max, it vibrates quite a bit as well. How can I fix this because it was never like this before.
And one more thing... when I'm watching a movie and I lift the laptop to get up or something I hear a scratching noise like the DVD is hitting something inside. Is that normal or is damaging my MBP?

Most likely there's a part loose in the optical drive. Since its a 2011 model, take it to an Apple Store. Free fixing

Where I live we don't actually have official apple stores, but there are the licensed resellers of apple products like iStyle and iSystem.

Do you think they can repair it?
