My brand new Mac isn't printing in colour, it's not the printers fault as my Windows computer is printing colour fine through it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Thanks

Well I have installed the printer, haven't inserted the disc and done it that way though. I installed it through system preferences.

And I am just printing it in the settings it came with, I cannot find how to change it from printing in black to printing in colour.

Hi mate,

Had this with a load of macbook pros on a network. Our macs were set to the generic printer setting so we changed it to the actual driver for the printer itself and it worked fine.

Just double check that, if not then it'll probably be set to grayscale in printer preferences somewhere.
