I've had my MBP since last June.

Love it.

At some point one of my USB ports has quit working. Within the last week or so my battery life has seen a major decrease.

I paid for Apple care.

What is the most efficient way to get these issues addressed.

Thanks

TL

1. Visit your local Apple store to speak with a Genuis. Make an appt. if it's a busy location.
2. Call Apple to discuss options.

Either way, you may have to be without your computer for some period of time, so backup everything important first.

Ask them if it is something that can be fixed in house, if so, you will not be without it for near as long. And whatever you do....Back up!!! :)
