Hello,

I was just getting ready to purchase two MacBook Pro's from B&H Photo, as it looks like they have pretty good pricing, however I noticed that their return policy for computers pretty much says as soon as the box is opened, no returns or exchanges. That concerns me. can anyone tell me if they are really that bad as far as returns? What happens is there is an issue with the laptop right out of the box. Their policy as it reads almost sounds like "too bad, so sad".

Any experiences with their returns?

Thanks!

If there's a hardware issue, deal with Apple. The warranty isn't void if you buy from B&H. That's one benefit of buying direct from Apple, the 14-day no questions asked return policy. You need to decide if that $400 savings (and last year's processor speed as B&H hasn't posted the new ones from what I can see) is worth the possible loss of return policy.
