mbp refresh/update?

hey I was just wondering if theres been any word on a MBP refresh/update by the end of the year? Preferably around september?

But to be lying, any update will be a significant one, where the speed quadruples and the machine will do all the thinking (better anyway).

Nothing concrete, Appletell ran an article recently suggesting a minor spec bump. Other than that and the over 60 days in the observed product cycle till a refresh/update, there really isn't a lot to go on.

agreed. I dont wanna buy a MBP before fall semester and then have them wave a shiny new update in my face by october

Even IF it is only a speed bump.
