MBP refurbished in Spain...is this a good deal?

I have a Powerbook G4 15' which I´m trying to replace with a Mc Book Pro
Just an advice on a MBP they are selling in Spain. Here the page where you can see the offer (http://store.apple.com/es/product/FA896?mco=Njk5Nzk). The price is a bargain for apple in Europe (is like 400 euros cheaper than the newer version), but the problem is that this MBP is not the last revision with peynrin processor but the previous one that I heard had different problems since they were getting too hot. Is that true?
