At least for the last week or so (even before upgrading to Ventura), when I go to apple.com and click my account or orders links, I get a prompt that immediately shows "Safari can't connect to the server." Same thing happens when using chrome.

I've reset cache, turned off firewall, upgraded to Ventura. What is the issue here?

What url is shown in address bar when you get that error?

Try clearing *.apple.com cookies in Chrome. Either click on the link below or go to Chrome Settings>Privacy and security>Cookies and other site data>See all site data and permissions, search for "apple.com" without quotes and click on 'Clear displayed data'.

chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=apple.com

That did work for chrome. I went into Safari and cleared the individual cookies for all apple.com sites and now it's working. I'm not sure why I didn't notice that before. Thanks!
