MBP screen not aligned!!

Hey people,
Ive had my 13inch MBP for about 2 weeks now and ive just noticed that when the screen is shut it doesnt quite align with the bottom, maybe only by 1mm or so.
Is this common, and should i be worried about it?

one of mine is like that, i have seen others as well, never bothered me. doesnt appear like it was dropped or anything.

There should be space between the two... Perfectly normal.

The screen is diagonal to the base when closed. Suggesting that the screen isnt straight.

It's only 1mm. For me the mbp is a tool, I would not care. Seems like u did not for 2 weeks so it's not that obvious. If it really bothers you then arrange an appointment at the apple store.

Mine is exactly the same, seems to be ever so slightly closer to the base on one side than the other when shut. It doesn't bother me though, it still works perfectly.
