MBP Shut down time slower after Bootcamp installation?

Hi! Recently installed Bootcamp with Win7 x64 trial. After that, my shut down speed defiantly became slower. Before, it took around 3~ seconds to shut down. Now, it takes around 25 secs. (In OSX) Is bootcamp the problem?

Btw, I recently updated to 10.6.4, my whole computer became slower + wifi got ****ed up. I downgraded to 10.6.3, and my computer got faster, but the shutdown speed is still the same. What could be the problem? Bootcamp or this?
