I took delivery of my MBP today, and everything seems fine except for the internet connection - it's quite slow compared to my PC which zips along! Sometimes (not often but enough to notice) the pages just 'hang' and don't even load so I'm left with a white screen. My downloads seem to be 300kb yet with my PC I can download at around 1400kb!

1- Does 802.11n actually make much of a difference? And will it fix the problems I'm having?

2- Is there anything else I can try? I've already turned off IPv6 after seeing that mentioned in another thread. (Should I turn it back on?)

3- Also re the AEBS, if I connect a usb HD to it can I use it with time machine? Or am I better off getting a FireWire 800 drive instead?

Hope someone can help!
