MBP TB 2016 vs 17, 4k 10bit HVEC

Hi Guys,

In a position to get a Skylake TB MBP i7 512/16GB for a great price. I have read about the 10 bit 4K that is only supported on Kabylake.

In practical terms, I will never be connecting the laptop to a TV for 4K netflix, I will use an Apple TV 4k or a Chromecast ultra for that. Is that the only think that I am missing with Skylake?
