For my 2012 13"mbp, the picture shows great, but the text not that clear. Any method to change this?
 
Is this your first Mac? If you aren't used to the way that OSX displays fonts it can look a bit blurry compared to Windows.

OSX uses font smoothing to try to make fonts look more accurate. Windows tends to just try to make fonts as sharp as possible.

You may have hit the nail on the head. I remember noticing this when I first started using Macs.

You can disable font smoothing if you go into Settings > General and uncheck "Use LCD font smoothing when available"
