I'm using a MacBook Pro and a MiniDisplay Port to VGA adapter. I want to connect to a Philips 19" TV. I've checked that the resolution, refresh rate, connections, everything was all good. The TV says 'No Input'. I've selected the right source, but everything I try does not work! Help please, thank you!
