[MBP] Touchpad won't scroll down if mouse is over Yahoo ads?

Hi guys,

I've noticed sometimes in Safari the touchpad just won't scroll down a page. Scrolls up fine, just not down. I've discovered that this is when the mouse is hovering over Yahoo ads though it may be o0ther stuff as well. Anyone else noticed this?
