Im trying to set my windows 7 bootcamp trackpad up so its usable - but something Ive noticed is very irritating...

I never realised - but in OSX I think there is decreased movement sensitivity in the lowest part of the trackpad - where typically I rest my thumb and do my clicking.

So as you move the pointer around with your forefinger - you have your thumb resting on the lower trackpad ready to click...

However Windows seems to have normal sensitivity all over the trackpad including the very bottom...so what that means is when I move the pointer around with my finger - and thumb resting on the lower trackpad - it is very easy to move the cursor with the thumb as well just as you click. So basically you point to something - and as you click there is a slight movement so you sometimes miss the target...

Also - it can confuse Windows - because you have 2 points of contact sometimes moving in different directions... clicking and dragging something can be infuriating...

Does anyone know - is there a way to get around this?
