Can you set the trackpad up where there is like a line in the middle and the left side is the left click and the right side is the right click, like in settings etc? Or is there any 3rd party software for this?

Example:

This is the trackpad
[ ]

[Left Click|Right Click]
So if I click on the left side I get a left click, if I click on the right side i get a right click

You can set a right click area in the bottom left or right corner of the track pad, but I don't believe you can set it to do what you want with splitting up entire sides of it

you can try bettertouchtool
http://blog.boastr.net/?page_id=1722
it can do a whole lot of gestures
but as the site warns:
"Use at your own risk"... but a lot of macrumor members use it soo try it out :)
[edit: for snow leopard only]

why not just use the 2 finger click?

but yea assign the bottom right corner as right click in the settings

Yeah what's so hard about clicking with two fingers to get the right click?
