Hi All,

Hoping that someone can answer my question. I have an older MBP and when I double tap on the trackpad and keep my finger on the trackpad after the second tap (or more accurately tap once then place my finger on the trackpad) I can then drag folders/windows around with my finger. On my new MBP (2012) I can't do this but instead have to use 3 fingers. I can't seem to find out how to enable this feature. It initially didn't happen on my old MBP but did with the trackpad on my iMac. When I sold my iMac I copied the HD to my old MBP and now it happens on that. I had Better Touch Tool (I think that's the name) installed on my iMac but I can't see any settings in that or System Preferences to enable the one finger dragging.

Can anyone advise me how to get the one finger dragging to work?

Thanks for any help.

Best regards,

Jim.
