MBP+Ultrafine 5K or MBP with stand + keyboard +mouse

Battling this hard. I have a 15" i9 MBP and I frequent CAD (SolidWorks booted in Windows) and also Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop to satisfy my insane DSLR bug.

Either trying out an LG 5K or instead staying economical and just getting a Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard to pair with my MBP on a stand or something.

Guidance?

Nothing beats having a nice big screen to look at. I'd go with the 5K Ultrafine display.
