MBP update changed my desktop image

So I just downloaded/installed the most recent software update for the MBP. And when it restarted my desktop image was changed to a background color and image I hadn't used in over a month. Anyone else had this?

I just updated the firmware and didn't have this "issue". However, before installing the update, I researched the possible side-effects and saw this issue twice on Apple's discussion boards.

Hey yeah after installing the firmware update my background reverted to the default leopard supernova/space/stars image. Not hard to fix though

yeah... odd. i wonder why.
