Hi to all,
I'm experiencing a problem from about 5-6 month. I've a MacBook Pro Early 2011, with osx 10.10 (but this problem happen in 10.9 too)
I use many usb devices, for musical composition, so, for example, at the moment, I've 2 midi controller, 2 midi keyboard, a normal apple keyboard, and a license key attached to an hub. The hub (a usb2 external powered trust hub) is attached to one of my 2 usb port of the mac.

The problem happen when I'm using the midi keyboard or controller: usually, if I've 3 of this active, and I attach the forth, one of the previous device, remain powered on, and the software see it, but it doesn't work (doesn't send/receive any command to the software). If I unplug and plugin in the device that isn't working, it start work again, but another one stop work.
Usually all the device, except from the apple keyboard, have this problem (the license key too).

I've also tried to use 2 hub and split the device on the 2 port of my mac, but nothing have changed...

What could it be? I've reach the bandwith limit of my usb port with this devices?
How can I debug the problem?

In case that I've reached the limit of my mac usb... what can I do? Have to buy something like a docking station that have some other usb port on the thunderbolt? (At the moment, I use the thunderbolt only as a displayport, so the "data" channel is free...)
Any thunderbolt-usb device that doesn't cost thousand dollar?

Thanks to all
Byez
