I did some googling last night, and finally found the answer to my own question. For anyone with a Windows Smartphone and a Cingular account, this page is where you want to go if you want to connect to the internet using your bluetooth phone, enjoy.

be very, very careful.

data charges can amass very quickly just performing normal web browsing.

i know that here in canada, rogers data prices are exorbanant. i'd recommend phoning cingular, or your provider, and finding out what your plan charges you for data/kb or mb.

i've read posts on cellular forums (howardforums.com primarily) of people getting bills in the upwards of $100,000 of data.

If you're going to be using the data connection regularly, it's well worth considering an unlimitted data package, unless you really are only going to be using it very very occasionally.
