So the temp of my hard drive has been 34 degree F for since I put in my SSD. I was searching and found this

https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/808178/

Does the MBP have something along these lines that need to be reconnected or is the temp sensor actually built into the hard drive and not used on an SSD because it can run hotter?

There's no temp sensor to reconnect, and my MBP runs fairly cool now that I have the SSD in.

I figured it didn't have a temperature sensor given it runs cooler and is capable of functioning when hotter. Thanks!

The 34 degrees has had me laughing all week. The logical explanations of there is a cryogenic cooling machine inside my small MBP or the ambient air temp is freezing in my house (in which so I am actually dead as I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt) just haven't worked.
