I could find anything telling me the spec for it.

I want to upgrade my home router and I'm wondering if it's worth going for a 5ghz router to benefit from the better network type. It seems it may be

Even my 2009 MBP and 2007 are compatible with 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz wireless networks.

Believe only the 5, iPad Mini and iPad 4 do.

Dual band router it is then. I suspect that may be advantageous anyway with my wife and other devices on 2.4 while I hog 5 all to myself
