MBP Will Not Ring But Can Make Outgoing Calls

Is anyone else having this problem? My iPad will ring when someone calls my phone, but my Mac will not ring. It's a 2009 MBP running Yosemite.

Interestingly enough, I can make outgoing calls using my phone with my Mac. I'm just having trouble getting the Mac to receive an incoming call.

I am connected to the wifi network with iCloud logged in on both devices. Bluetooth is off since my computer doesn't support handoff.

Has anyone experienced this problem and gotten it to fix itself? Perhaps this is a bug and I need to hold off for 10.10.1?
