was trying to upgrade to 10.5 with DVD. Computer froze. I powered off. Now it won't boot from HD or DVD. It goes to a screen that reads "You need to restart your computer...."

Even just to get back where I was would be great. I need this laptop in 5 hours.
Thank you

Have you tried any of these steps?

What kind of DVD do you have? An Upgrade, Retail or grey Restore DVD?

Following those steps now. I'll post results. Thank you for such a quick response
