This morning I updated all my devices, and then proceeded to back up my iPhone and iPad to my Mac.

The iPhone was fine but when I plugged in my iPad to connect to iTunes I noticed it wasn't charging. It synced and backed up fine just wouldn't charge. Not a huge deal but I know it use to always charge before.

Did anything change with the update to conserve battery maybe?
Thanks

It does that with mine too. It still charges, but at a slow rate if the screen is asleep. I don't think it's enough power to charge it.

Thanks for the reply! Maybe I just never noticed before. I could have sworn before it would still show a green battery light and make the charging tone when plugged in like the iPhone does. Good to know it doesn't.
