I know this has been covered before in many threads; but I have been unable to find any answers.
What I'm running:
No matter what program I'm running; be it Photoshop or something even more hefty, the MBP will no longer auto switch to discrete graphics. It stays on integrated all the time. After a restart, it will switch 50% of the time.
Running integrated, however, now causes (even when just using Safari) major graphics glitching: can't type, etc and a bunch of other crap.
When I use GFX to force it to use discrete, the screen turns a lovely shade of blue and looks gross. Also glitching doesn't go away.
(I've attached some sample images of the glitching; ignore the comments about explosions... sometimes writing scripts makes you go crazy)
Is this a hardware issue or just a ML issue? Is there any fix that is known?
