MBP13 (2019) refreshed or not?

I just got a entry level refresh MBP13 (2019) and am very happy with it.

Now, I'm so happy with it, I'm thinking of letting my wife have it and get the "real" 4-port MBP13 with a higher spec.

My question (since I'm finding different info on Google) - does the 4-port MBP13 have all the refreshed updates from 2019? The latest so-called v3,5 butterfly keyboard etc?

Obviously, I'm not getting this before the next Apple announcement, but if they don't refresh the 13 this fall, I'll probably pull the trigger.

Yes, it has the updated keyboard, and was refreshed in May of this year

Ice lake or comet lake chips for macbooks are around the corner so if you don't really need it right now I would hold on a little.
