What is going on? My computer has been extremely slow today, and I just realized that if I unplug the power, kernel_task goes from 10% or so to 2000%.

MBP16 kernel_task taking 2000% of CPU if power plugged in??!

I have the same issue with the MBP 16", but only when I run the TG Pro fan control app with Autoboost enabled (to fix the issue with fans going into overdrive when I try to plug an external display)
Maybe it's related to something funny/buggy going on?
