Hi.
during playing the animations on the login screen, my MacBook Pro shows a real choppy/laggy cursor (I uploaded a video to better explain that).
After the animation is played -and when the OS booted up- everything is snappy and fast.
What can I do about that? I resetted SMC, NVRAM/PRAM already.

Please see the video for a better explanation (the part where it looks like the video is dropping frames or has low FPS is actually the choppy cursor)

I could narrow it down:

The stutter/jittery cursor ONLY occurs when FileVault is enabled.
After disabling FileVault, it all works fine.
But this cannot be a final solution

EDIT:
After I was able to narrow it down to FileVault, I was able to do some more elaborate Google Searching: the problem has been referenced quite a lot and there is no real fix:
