MBPr 13inch 2014 lag issues

Hi,

I haven been working on my new MBP 13inch retina for a week now and is fairly happy. But I keep seeing UI lag while browsing and scrooling (Safari and Chrome), resizing small pdf files (even a 76 KB one) in acrobat and the built in preview function. Scrooling through text documents and so on.
I have tried reinstalling the OS without any luck.
It happens in both the "best for display" setting and the one for 1440x900. It's worse on the later one.

It's not huge, but it's consistent and very annoying.

I'm using a MacBook Pro Retina 13inch (late 2014), 2.6 Ghz, 16GB ram, 256GB SSD.

Is this normal and are there any "fixes" for this problem?

Acrobat is awful and lags in under almost any circumstances.

Preview would lag if the PDF file is huge.
