MBPr 15" - Fans don't ramp up until 90-100c?

Not sure if this is normal, but I found that my fans stay at 2000-2160RPM (according to smc Fan control) even when the CPU hits 80Cs.

Anyone else?
 
When I was checking out few 15's, yes, b/t 90-100 degrees is when I would start see the fan kick up with the SMC fan control temperature as indicated up on the menu bar.
