Hi guys,

Last October, Apple replaced my MacBook Pro's 15'' Retina screen with a new (Samsung) one, because it had image retention. Now, aboutt 8 months later, the new Samsung screen has (a couple) of dead pixels. Can you guys please tell me IF this is a dead pixel? The picture is about 1/6th of the screen, running 1920x1200 mode.

Thanks!

It doesn't look like dead pixels to me. I'm not saying its normal, I don't know what it is, but I'm pretty sure its no dead pixels.

Take it into apple and see what they say. Is it noticeable during your day to day usage?

One of those posts with a weird picture where I can't see anything out of the ordinary.
