I have no idea why, but after a Mavericks clean upgrade, my MBPr is so slow. It use to rip through Final Cut and now it just barely drags along. It can barely even go the the files in Xcode projects.

Should I wipe it and install ML or would my problems stay with the computer?

Thanks,
Alex

I have a 2013 15" MBP classic and upgraded to Mavericks and noticed the same thing. I then downgraded and things were peppy again.

My theory is that it has to do with the compressed memory architecture. I'm going to stick with ML as long as I can.
