MBPr Retina and no working Handoff after Logic Board replacement

Hello,

I have 15-inch MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 with latest OS X + iPad Pro 12.9-inch with latest iOS. Before few days, my Mac got replaced Logic Board in authorized service. Since that, Handoff is not working.

I have tested:

log out and log in into iCloud account on Mac and iPad
restart Mac and iPad
turning off and on Bluetooth on both devices

I have even tried to create partition with fresh OS X El Capitan installation, not working. I even tried 10.11.5 beta.

Any idea?

Same thing happened to my rMBP after its board replacement - plus one of the thunderbolt ports didn't work - so worth checking those also. Was academic for me as the replacement board failed after a month anyway.

After second board replacement it's okay, handoff works.
