Has anyone encountered this problem: After waking, my 2012 MBPr is very slow when launching applications. For example, I'll click on a application in "Recent Items" and the system will behave like I never did anything. Several minutes later, the application selected will launch. If I click a video or try run Safari, I will get a spinning wheel that will last several minutes before eventually launching. Activity monitor simply show it as not responding. Note that this does not happen all the time. Most of the time it will be fine but it will show up after several sleeps. Rebooting immediately gets rid of the slowness but it will manifest again several wakes later.

Any help appreciated.
