MBPro 13 Mid-Tier Three Monitors from One Thunderbolt Port

My company is switching me from my Current Latitude 5580 business laptop to a Macbook Pro 13 with two thunderbolt ports. I'm currently running three HP 24w monitors from One HDMI, One VGA and One USBI-HDMI Adapter. All monitors have VGA and HDMI. Any way possible to run the three monitors off of the macbook?
