MBPro M4-Pro 16" keeps stalling. Sound goes in and out, then runs fine again, sometimes freezes up.

I have a new (4 months old) MBPro, 16" M4Pro, 48GB RAM, and I don't know why, but every 40 minutes or so it starts to slow down, streaming or YouTube stops, or the sound will cut in and out first. I have 60GB+ of empty hard drive storage available on the main drive, and can't figure out what it could be. Also, some of the stuff I look up asks about what's running the most in Task Manager, so here's a screen grab of that too....
