I just noticed the McAfee WebAdvisor is ON understtings in Safari.

Is this normal? Is it installed by Apple?

I normally use Opera GX browser. But, I wanted to use Safari for a while due it it's better RAM management.

Yes. Setting --> Extensions. That is where it is.

I will remove it. I did not think Apple would include anything from McAfee.

"How to disable or uninstall McAfee WebAdvisor"
"Remove from Mac
NOTE: The standalone version of McAfee WebAdvisor for Mac, no longer exists. WebAdvisor for Mac is now a built-in feature of McAfee LiveSafe for Mac, so it can only be removed by removing the LiveSafe. Instead of removal:
Open LiveSafe for Mac.
Click Identity.
Click McAfee WebAdvisor in the left pane.
Click the lock. Make changes. Type your password when prompted.
Click the toggle switch in the top right. WebAdvisor turns off.
Click the lock and save your changes."
