MCX problem of max osx

I am using a MAC, and device control is performed.
Most USB flash drive can be controlled.
However, using a new USB memory may not be controlled.
After investigating the logs through the console, "SystemUIServer" was found to have crashed.
Is there the countermeasure of this problem?

** problem details **
1.Extract of the system log

Dec 19 15:33:05 Mac-mini fseventsd[31]: iterate_devices: device table changed. restarting device scan.
*Dec 19 15:33:58 Mac-mini SystemUIServer[123]: *** +[NSString stringWithUTF8String:]: NULL cString
Dec 19 15:34:09 Mac-mini diskarbitrationd[12]: SystemUIServer [123]:27651 not responding.
Dec 19 15:34:09 Mac-mini fseventsd[31]: could not open <</Volumes/Untitled/.fseventsd/fseventsd-uuid>> (No such file or directory)
Dec 19 15:34:09 Mac-mini fseventsd[31]: log dir: /Volumes/Untitled/.fseventsd getting new uuid: 7B0109A8-D277-4CBF-B13A-8D128381565C

!!! Seems to have failed to convert the UTF8 !!!

2.The result is different for each OS
OS X 10.5.8 ・・・・・・ Normal
OS X 10.6.8 ・・・・・・ After the problem occurs, all devices become available.
OS X 10.7.2 ・・・・・・ Become available only device in question

please help me from this tragedy.
