iPhone 11 Pro Measure app not calibrated correctly for iPhone Pro Max?

Has anyone successfully used the measure app with their iPhone Pro Max? It is a disaster on my phone and am wondering if it’s just the phone or an issue with iOS13.

Uh it’s been around for over a year and worked great with the XS Max and iOS12. And it is designed to give you an accurate measurement as I’ve used it successfully many times on my previous device.
