Recently, I feel like I'm getting very good battery life on my MBP 2016 15" - it feels comparable to previous models, certainly. But that's how I 'feel'. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see how long I've been actually using my computer on battery. The only indicator I know of is the one in Activity Monitor - but that just shows how long the computer has been unplugged. During a lot of that time the MBP was sleeping, so I wonder - is there a way to tell how long it has been running with the screen on? A 3rd party app perhaps? (I was a bit disappointed I couldn't find this information in iStat Menus)

For example, iOS shows Usage and Standby separately. So, I'm interested in usage time on battery.

Thanks!

Look at Battery Logger in the App Store, I just installed it Yesterday

Will try those two, thanks!
So which one is the best? I've been looking for this info as well. Activity Monitor is only good if it stays open all the time, I had to do a re start once and didn't realize after it re opened that Activity Monitor reset and went back to zero and I lost all my days readings. I was mad.
