M$ said you had the option to turn it off also, lets see how this goes
 
It's already been discussed that yes you have the option to turn it off but then your computer is not "trusted" once you are not "trusted" you may not be able to use certain programs that require you to be "trusted" or certain files that programs on your computer have marked for "trusted" access only.

Yeah, so you can turn it off but. . .
