Media Device Appliaction

Hi,
A little bit ago I saw on either macrumors or 9to5mac about a mac application which would allow you to hook up any media device such as a mp3 player, phone and just drag and drop music, videos or what ever you wanted into the application.

I've been trying to refind the post but have been unable to, do any of you know what I'm talking about or anything similar that i described for the mac as I would love to buy it. thanks
