Randomly my media keys (play/pause etc.) stopped functioning on my mac. I did a PRAM twice which allowed the keys to work but as soon as I tried to use them while I was in another program they stopped working. I have also tried several SMC resets with no luck. 
I have also been having trouble with my power cord not charging. I usually have to plug it in several times for it to charge. Not sure if they are related but perhaps?
Any tips or suggestions?
