Media player shows something is playing, but no media app is even open on my phone

My Watch media app keeps showing that media is playing, but no media app is open on my iPhone. I pause it on the Watch, but then it starts showing that its playing again just a couple of second later.

I've seen that too. It doesn't seem to affect the battery, and if I check it later it's stopped. Looks like a software bug. Hopefully they'll fix it because it is annoying.
