Media server/web server hardware advice.

I currently have a server running ubuntu 9.04 in my house and I need a replacement to do some lower level stuff.

What I need a server to do:
-Bittorrent automatically TV shows
-Stream those shows to my xbox 360
-Web server
-SSH

I have two macs. Ideally both running mac OS X 10.4 server.
-iMac G3 DV 400mhz 640mb ram
-iBook G3 800mhz 128mb ram (Needs more ram)

Would the iMac be able to do this?
As well could the iBook do this with more RAM? (Could someone point me to a place where I could get more?)

Yes they both could easily handle it. I run my website on a Dual core Intel Atom no problem.
