Media sync betwenen iTunes on a mac and WMP on a windows?

I want to keep the two libraries in sync

which's a laptop I use at work.. (with windows on)

and a mac at home..

any ideas?

and is there a way, to sync just a playlist?

ex: a smart playlist in itunes to on way sync to windows
